Trades & Labour
Skilled tradespeople, placed with the right contractors.
We supply experienced operatives and skilled tradespeople to contractors across the South of England. From groundworkers to finishing trades — we know the difference between a CV and a worker who delivers.
What we do
Fisher Workforce supplies trades and labour to residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects. We work with main contractors, specialist subcontractors, and developers who need reliable operatives at short notice or for longer-term placements. We don't send bodies — we send people who know the work.

Why contractors use us
Compliance as standard
Every operative we place holds the correct CSCS card, right-to-work documentation, and any trade-specific tickets. We check before we place — not after.
Fast turnaround
When your programme slips or a gang falls short, you need people on site quickly. We maintain an active pool of vetted operatives ready to mobilise.
Honest matching
We won't send a labourer when you need a skilled tradesperson. We ask the right questions upfront and match on capability, not availability.
